Coach Lauren, MS, CPFC®, AFC®, is our enthusiastic & dedicated leader. She founded LuMar Coach & Co. in 2015 with one mission in mind - to assist individuals lead their own lives through the art & science of Wellness Coaching.
Over the last seven years, Lauren has received numerous trainings & certifications from organizations such as WellCoaches, Mayo Clinic, the Institute of Coaching (IOC), & the Association of Financial Counseling & Planning Education (AFCPE). She invests her time & energy in learning about additional top leadership, neuropsychology, & behavioral science methods.
Lauren continues to create a coaching model for LuMar Coach & Co. focused on integrating aspects of resilience training, strategic goal setting, & transformational behavior change. She has worked with hundreds of thousands of clients across the nation with tremendous success. Her approach to holistic health & wellness is unparalleled.
